On 14th October’25, Rtn. Dr. Sujata Mitra conducted a Cervical Awareness Vaccination program at Bal Kalyan Vidya Mandir. Around 40 girl students and 35 parents benefitted from this program. Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West plans to conduct a vaccination program for the girl students later in the month. Cervical cancer is the 4th most prevalent cancer in the world. A simple vaccination can go a long way in its prevention, however most girls and parents are usually unaware of its prevention and cure.
