The Regular Meeting#12 was held at BOC Pavillion, Ground Floor, Albatross. Ms Pushpa Rani Tirkey and her son gave an enlightening talk on “The Power of Millets” focusing especially on Ragi which is grown locally in Jharkhand. They explained the befits of introducing Ragi in our diet and how we can consume them in the form of soup, chocolates, bread etc.
